Carlisle, Avonell F. (nee Farmer)

December 5, 1927 - September 13, 2024

Avonell Carlisle went to be with the Lord and her beloved husband, Max, on Friday, September 13, 2024. Born December 4, 1927, in Detroit, MI, Avonell moved to Murray, KY where she met the love of her life, Max Carlisle, at Murray State University. They were married for 64 years.  Together they had three children Candy, Russ (Susan) and Maxine (Bill Hepper). Avonell was most proud of her grandchildren, Candace (Fernando Vilas), Lynn (John Richardson), Alex (Natalie) and Kelly (Lee Wittenauer) and great grandchildren Carson, Brooklyn, and Jacob Richardson and Chandler and Sawyer Hepper.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.
