It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Ray Leon Carroll on February 3, 2025 at the age of 93. Born on February 17,1931.
Ray was preceded in death by his beloved wife, the late Virginia (Rulo), loving father of the late son James Carroll (surviving Donna Woods Carroll), daughter Mary Kauffeld (surviving Steve Kauffeld), Ernie (Donna) Carroll, Anita (David Woods and Jan Craig
Cherished Grandfather of 11, Great Grandfather of 22, and Great Great Grandfather of 3,
Dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many.
Ray’s true passion was his love for God and his family. A man of deep faith and unwavering generosity to others in need. He knew Christ as his personal savior and heaven is now his home.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and his family will never take for granted how blessed they were to call him their own.
Ray loved playing a Martin guitar while singing country and gospel songs. Ray was a faithful worker at Loy Lange Box company and a member of the Teamsters Local 688.
He was a minister for 60 years and a member of Bible Way Association. His legacy will endure through the countless lives he touched and his memory brings comfort to those who loved him. We know he is no longer in pain and at peace in his heavenly home.
SERVICES: Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel (10151 Gravois Road Affton, Missouri 63123) on Saturday, February 8, 9:30 a.m. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Friday 4 – 8 p.m.
