Charolet L. Cook, 75, of Arnold died Sept. 6, 2018, in Fenton. Mrs. Cook was a homemaker. She was also a member of the Arnold Eagles, Red Hat Society and Women’s Investment Club. Born July 5, 1943, in Fort Madison, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Charles Grossman and Betty Steward.
She is survived by her husband: John Cook; one son: Arlo Oviatt of Kansas City, Kan.; three daughters: Chauntel Cook of Arnold, Janetta (Tom) Smith of Arnold and Johnna Brown of St. Louis; one step-daughter: Theresa Cook of Arnold; seven grandchildren: Kylie Brown of St. Louis, Corey and Abigail Boles of Arnold, Madison and Sophia Brown of St. Louis and Cameron, Benjamin and Anderson Oviatt of Kansas City, Kan.; two step-grandchildren: Morgan and Carson Smith; one half-brother: Chuck Grossman of Rock Island, Ill..; and one sister: Niedra Belew of Pevely.
Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until time of funeral services at 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9 at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County.
