Mary and I were newly married , owning our first home , the last home on South Marlene Avenue where Don , Rita , and seven children resided on the opposite end of the street. Don was an experienced carpenter who built many homes nearby in South County and was a great help to an inexperienced homeowner as I. He was a gracious and friendly neighbor I will always remember , firm raising his children as a Father role model for me , and a religious man of God. We are sorry for Rita and the family’s loss , and God bless them.
