Frankie… was the sweetest, nicest man. I just recently lost my fiance (Frankie’s neighbor) and Frankie always checked on how I was doing. Always had an ear to listen and a heart to console. We were always comparing mom notes, as he checked in with his mom and mine moved in with me. I’m sorry we didn’t have a chance to strengthen our friendship. My condolences to his mother, Penny , Tim and the rest of his family and dear friends. Frankie’s passing will be a great loss to the neighborhood.
