Floyd, Frank C. Wednesday July 30, 2025. Beloved son of Dorothy (nee Vining) and the late Richard Floyd. Dear brother of Penny (nee Floyd) (Tim) Tullock. Dear uncle of Taylor Tullock and the late Timothy Tullock. Dear great uncle of Chloe Tullock, Lexus Tullock and Timothy Tullock III. Our dear cousin and friend to anyone he met.

Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Monday August 11 at 11:00 am. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children’s Hospital appreciated. Visitation Sunday 3-8 pm.

  1. Frankie… was the sweetest, nicest man. I just recently lost my fiance (Frankie’s neighbor) and Frankie always checked on how I was doing. Always had an ear to listen and a heart to console. We were always comparing mom notes, as he checked in with his mom and mine moved in with me. I’m sorry we didn’t have a chance to strengthen our friendship. My condolences to his mother, Penny , Tim and the rest of his family and dear friends. Frankie’s passing will be a great loss to the neighborhood.

  2. He was a good friend a person that would help you with anything I rented from him years. He put me to work fixing up the Nugget. The roof and other things need to be done he thought of me I appreciate it.

  3. Frank, you were so fun back when we were teens. Hanging out with Ed Arnsberger, Brett Largent, Denise Cantrell, Jim Tobin, and Becky Whitacker in Eddies Carvair!! such great memories!! You will be forever remembered!!!

Frank knew me Since I was a Little Kid , I’ll Always Remember him hanging out across the Street from my house , All the teenagers would hang on the Corner of a Lil Neighborhood Dry Cleaners Steps , Fat Frank as Everyone called him , Was Always Rockin the Old Trenchcoat , We’re Gonna Miss you Brother
