  2. Donnie’s brother, Gary, loved him very, very much. Throughout our forty three year marriage, Gary has told me about times when him and his little brother would do things and get in trouble. But they always had each other’s back. Best brother in law a girl could ask for. Rest in peace.

  4. I love you and miss you everyday papa, not a day goes by that you’re not on my mind. I’d do anything to hear you laugh or even yell again. You’re truly the one holding the family together and now that you’re gone it’s like everything that use to mean something means nothing anymore cause you’re not here for us to share it with.

  5. Dear Christine,

Through your words and the love you’ve shared about your father, I feel as though I’ve come to know a part of him. His unwavering love for his family, his strength, his wisdom, and his kindness have left a legacy that touches even those who never had the honor of meeting him—like me. The way you’ve described his role in your life, as a father, a grandfather, and a pillar of strength, is a testament to the incredible man he was.

I can see how deeply he shaped your life and the lives of everyone around him. It’s clear that his love and dedication were unmatched. He wasn’t just a man who lived—he was someone who loved profoundly, and that love continues to radiate through you and your family. His light shines on, not just in your memories but in the way you carry his values forward.

I know words can never truly fill the void of loss, but please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I admire your strength during such a difficult time and the way you honor his life through your love and resilience. If you ever need a listening ear or someone to lean on, I am here for you.

    With deepest sympathy and love,
    Wendy
