  1. He was a caring and loving guy that had extra patience with his campkids ! They lov ed and respected him because they knew he loved them back in Jesus name! Lots of great camp songs were taught and sung together through the years with him at the head of them all and lots of laughter!! But mostly Jesus love spread from him to all around! Enjoy seeing heavens beauty and especially Jesus face now ,with your new eyes !!

  2. Phil was my one life long friend since I was 5 and now am 64. We played, laughed, sang, prayed and cried together. We shared the most significant events in each others lives; graduations, weddings, birthdays and even divorces (thick and thin). There was no doubt in people’s minds that Phil loved Jesus and people. The last few years of Phil’s life presented many challenges and I doubt that I could have handled some of them with as much grace and acceptance as he did. I miss you my dear friend and am glad that you ae with Jesus now and look forward to our fellowshipping again in heaven someday.
