In Loving Memory

Kohler, Joan M.

Joan M. Kohler, 67, of Barnhart, MO, passed away on December 6, 2021 after her 3-year battle with sarcoma.
Beloved wife of 47 years to Glenn Kohler; loving mother of Stephen (Danielle) Kohler and Kristi (Jason) Stranghoener; adoring grandmother to Shelby, Addison, Jacki, and Sadie; dear daughter of Delores Zemann; loving sister of Barb and Pauline; niece to Lavern; sister-in-law to Larry (Debbie) Kohler; and dear aunt, cousin, godmother, and friend. She was proceeded in death by her son, David Kohler, and aunts Zelma Wines and Verena Baudendistel.

Joan later shared these skills with her grandkids. She would spend time baking, painting, gardening, and doing other crafts with her girls. Joan was full of life and love. She will be treasured always in the hearts and memories of her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Sarcoma Foundation of America, https://www.curesarcoma.org.
The family will be having a private celebration of life at a later date.

  5. Joan will certainly be missed!
I know she was ready to retire from the post office but it’s not the same walking in and not seeing her! May her Family and Friends continue to remember her in the memories they shared, Heaven has gained another angel
