On Monday, August 30, 2021,Mother to Laura (Joe) Buhr and Kevin (Jaime) Manche, Grandmother to Alex Buhr, Maggie Rohn Manche and Grace Manche exchanged her discomfort and suffering here on Earth for the warm, loving embrace of God and her parents in Heaven.
Celebration of Life/Memorial Service Details

Time:
1PM-6PM. Open House; come and go as you please.
3PM. Eulogy, followed by invitation to share stories about Kathy (please come prepared!).
Food and Drink:
Salad, appetizers, sandwiches and pasta (buffet) will be provided.
Beer (basic sampling of A-B products) and wine (basic sampling of red and white) will be provided.
Expectations:
This will be a lighthearted, casual gathering, as Kathy would want.
There will not be a formal “receiving” line. So, if you’re like me, it may serve you well to contact mutual friends and ask their plans. I encourage taking advantage of the opportunity to meet friends before you arrive, especially if it’s been a long time since you’ve seen them. Come together (perhaps go somewhere together afterward, too?). Heck, I’d encourage skipping the memorial altogether if meeting leads to a good time reminiscing over memories of Kathy.
