  5. Bill was a good man in his work and his charitable outreach. We started at William Tao & Associates the same year and he was a great sounding board for me as I learned the ropes. So sorry for your loss.

  31. I have many Manz memories from spending time at the house while growing up with Phil, to Boy Scout outings of every kind. Many laughs and shared experiences. Bill gave us opportunities to grow into men. I’m blessed to call the family my friends.

  33. I have worked with Bill for over 30 years. He was our “go to” engineer. Words cannot express how much I will miss Bill and what a pleasure and blessing it was to have worked with him over the years. He was one of the most positive people I have ever known. I will miss him greatly. Thank you Bill for being the man you were.

He was respected as one of the best roof problem solvers in the country. He was always smiling and would greet you with a good morning every day. You have my condolences for your loss. He was a good man at heart.
