October 8, 1935 - January 13, 2025

Marino, Joseph L. entered into rest and is asleep in Jesus on Monday, January 13th, 2025.

Beloved Husband of the late Jean Marino for 63 years. Loving Dad to Cindy (Gary) Odom, Becky (Kenny) Barczewski and Tricia (Mike) Ruelas. Loving Grandpa of Jenna (Chad), Kerry (John), Joey (Courtney), Jason (Kathleen), Danielle (Jeff), Brock (Kelsey), Stephanie (Brett) and Michael. Loving Great-Grandpa to 17 grandchildren and one Great-Great Grandchild.

Joseph was preceded in death by his Father, Leo Marino and his Mother, Rose Marino (nee Amaro) as well as his Brother John (Survived by Shirley) Marino and his Sister Rita (Survived by Joe) Ulrich. He is survived by his Brother Leo (Judy) Marino.

Joseph was a beloved Brother-In-Law, Uncle, Cousin and friend to many.

Joe was a truck driver for all of his career, retiring from National Supermarkets in 1995. He loved being on the road driving his 18 wheeler. Joe also loved being outdoors. He loved boating and nature. His favorite little piece of heaven on earth was his beautifully maintained property at Goose Creek Lake. Joe loved animals, especially his many dogs he had over the years that he treated like his children.

Services: Visitation will be at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63129) on Thursday January 16th, 2025 from 10am until the time of service at 12pm. Interment to follow at Lakewood Park Cemetery.

  3. What a great, special man he was. Joe was the best story teller too. I will cherish the memories we had, especially our lake trips. I loved him very much. My prayers and condolences to the girls and the whole Marino family. 😘💜

  5. So sorry I was unable to make it to Joe’s service. I remember him and your mom from back in the day at Uncle Paul and Aunt Margie’s. They were a cute, sweet, couple. So sorry for your loss Tricia and family.
