Pease, Byron “Pat” W.

Pat passed peacefully on February 21,2023 at the age of 94, He was born on March 9, 1928, in St. Louis MO. to parents Pauline and Byron Pease.

He served in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran.in both World War II and Korean Wars. Pat loved dancing and was a long-standing member of the Imperial Swing Dance Club where he served as a past President of the Club. He also enjoyed bowling and was a little league coach for football, basketball and baseball.

He was proceeded in death by his beloved wife Arlene B. Pease of 36 years, dear son Patrick W. Pease and previous wives Joann C. Pease and Betty L. Pease. Pat was the loving father of Patrick (Vicky), Bryan, Daniel and Michael Pease. He was a loved stepfather to Barbara Obermeyer, Terri (Terry) Ziegler and Kathy Gruenewald.  He was also a beloved grandfather, great grandfather, brother-in-law and friend.

Services: In honor of Pat’s life, funeral services will be at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road Tuesday February 28, 1:30p.m.  Interment J.B. National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation or the Humane Society are appreciated.  Visitation will be held on Monday February 27 4-7p.m.

    I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Pat. I remember him and Arlene from years ago…such nice folks! I hope the memories you have in your hearts will comfort you as you try to cope with his passing. Know that each of you and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers.
