  1. May your soul rest in peace and you enjoy everything the afterlife has to offer. I will miss ALL of your adventures and watching you live your life to the fullest! You made life so easier for me growing up and into adulthood just by being kind, compassionate, and full of so much joy and laughter. Chris you made me feel okay in my skin and for that I am forever grateful. I know you were such a wonderful dog dad and person! Praying for all your friends and family whose lives you touched.

  4. My son Regan and I met Chris on a cruise just last week. We all became instant friends, spending a lot of time together, mostly in the cigar lounge. I loved talking with him about his life, his accomplishments and his plans. I am so saddened that his plans have been cut short. We’re from North Carolina and we made plans for Chris to visit us this May when he was to train at Fort Bragg. In my opinion, he was a fine young man and Regan and I already miss him even though we’ve only known him for a short while. We won’t forget him. Unfortunately, life has lot’s of turns we don’t understand. God bless you My friend.

  5. It is rare to find a person who would go out of their way to help anyone, but that was Chris. His outgoing personality and smile drew you to him and his desire to listen and learn was something to admire. He did a lot of living in such a short time and he will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to his friends and family. I am blessed and honored to be able to call him a friend.

  7. Chris was a great person. He was infectious with his laughter and always brought a smile to my face. I met Chris seven years ago when he joined our L&D team. He always called me his big bro because of some of the conversations we would have and some of the career advise I would talk to him about. Chris was just a flat out good human. Rest in peace lil bro!

  8. I was taught everyone has the ability to brighten a room, some by entering and some by leaving. Chris was the kind of person that always brightened a room by entering.

Rest easy my friend, You will live forever in the memories of all those you touched. I hope your flag waves gently in eternity.

  10. This comes as such a shock to me. I am deeply saddened by this loss, and my deepest condolences go out to Chis’ family.

I had met Chris in University, we shared one class together…an estate planning class. Though our paths led us in different directions, we occasionally stayed in touch over the years. I will remember Chris as a vibrant and smart young man with a great sense of humor and a wonderful personality. He was always very willing to help, which said so much about the kind of person he was and the kind of people who raised him.

I have great respect for you Chris, may you rest in peace good sir.

  11. Christian was my region’s licensing coach for several years and we kept in touch occasionally over the years since then. It was a joy working together and getting to know Christian. His service to his company was admirable and the service to his country at the same time, remarkable. He loved sharing his passion for leaning and growing. He taught me many a thing or two along the way. I can’t imagine the sorrow that his family and friends are feeling. My heart goes out to all and my prayers for Chritian’s eternal peace. Good bye, for now, to a wonderful young man.

  12. Christian,

Words can’t express the appreciation that I will always have for knowing your kind soul. When you inquired to join our Board of Trustees for the neighborhood, it wasn’t what do I have to do, it was how can I serve. A person in my life that I truly wish I had spent more time cultivating a deeper relationship with over the past 3 years. The smiles you brought to random strangers was something that I modeled over the past year and a half in my baking adventures. Attending your visitation yesterday only confirmed my beliefs of how intensely loved you were by many and how much your presence will be missed for so many others. Rest in peace, honor, and strength my friend. Til Valhalla.

  15. Peace and love to Chris and his family.
I am completely shocked since Chris seemed like such a friendly, happy person and was kind towards me.

I am happy to have met you during your STLCC years and will always laugh about that silly health class we were in together, it was indeed ridiculous lol.

Over the years, I was happy to see your happiness on Facebook along with your interests and I was happy to hear you had a girl.
Furthermore, I was also happy to see how far you’ve become since STLCC.

-Gone too soon, however you’re in great hands with our Lord.

May he watch over you and your family during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, thank you for service.

    Warm regards,
    Elizabeth
