January 31, 1931 - December 3, 2023

Dorothy Ann Ruzycki (nee Chromoga) 92. Called home to our Lord on December 3, 2023.

Youngest of five children, Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Mary Chromoga, and her siblings William, Andrew Jr., Robert, and the Reverend Monsignor Eugene Chromoga. Raised in South St. Louis and a long-time resident of Concord Village and then Webster Groves, Dottie lived a full life devoted to her friends, family, and her faith.  Dear wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and cousin, she is survived by her husband of 71 years John, children Stephen (Janet) and Julie, grandchildren Philip (Ann) and Michael (Margaret).  Dottie leaves a legacy of kindness, thoughtfulness, and friendliness at every opportunity.

SERVICES: Funeral Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, December 7  at 11:00 AM at Our Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 17 Joy Avenue, Webster Groves.  Visitation at 10:00am.

In lieu of flowers Dorothy asked to please consider having Mass offered for her.

    I am so sorry for your loss, especially this time of year. I talked to your family on Thursday and Friday before her death but never had the opportunitiy to officially see her. I am so happy she passed peacefully.
