Townsend, Michael E., passed away on April 28, 2022.

Beloved husband of Karen A. Townsend (nee Krueger); loving father of Angela Townsend and Mike (Nicole) Townsend; cherished grandfather of Logan and one on the way, Baby Ava; dearest son of Edna and the late Bill Townsend; dear brother of Marcia Naeger, Karen Buoyer, Greg Townsend, Chris (Tom) Postol and Brian (Janelle) Townsend; our dear uncle, cousin and friend.

Services: Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Tuesday, May 3, 10:00 am. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Memorials to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, appreciated. Visitation Monday, 4:00 to 7:00 pm.

  15. I’m deeply sorry for your families loss. I wish I could have made it tonight but Mike knows I was thinking of him and you all know how great of a man he is. I remember back when I was just a kid and visiting him at the shop to have some tires installed. My 1st set of tires on my Firebird. He will never be forgotten
