Theresa Morak passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Beloved daughter of the late Janet Morak and William Morak, sister of Jan Albus, sister-in-law of Larry Albus, and aunt of Jacque Albus and Drs. Mike and Annie Albus. Theresa was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and spent her final years in Ormond Beach, Florida. Theresa received her Associate degree from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, London England, and held a degree in cosmetology with training from Vidal Sassson, New York. As a young student of classical ballet Theresa was trained in the renowned Cecchetti method which served as a foundation for her professional career with the Florida Ballet Company, Webster Dance Theatre Company and the MUNY. She will be remembered as an exceptional teacher and creative inspiration to hundreds of ballet students at the St. Louis Performing Arts Academy. Theresa will be missed by her many friends and clients in Ormond Beach where she was well known as a hair stylist in her own salon.
