Beloved husband of Betty Bast (nee Schaper) for over 60 years; loving dad of Kirk (Joan) and Michelle Bast, Terri (John) Williams and Sharon (Bob) Gerau; cherished and witty grandpa of Maggie (Andy), Keegan (Maddie) and Kaitlin Bast, Kyle, Scott and Josh Williams, Taylor and Zach Gerau; dear brother Jeanette (Paul) Rehkemper, Bernice (John) Boch, Lucy Bast, Carol (Joe) Streckfuss and the late Dorothy (survived by Herman) Wende, Raymond and Richard (survived by Eileen) Bast; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend.

Services: Visitation at Queen of All Saints Church, 6603  Christopher Rd. (63129), Thursday, June 22, 4-8 pm and Friday, 9 am until Mass at 9:30 am.  Interment J.B.
