August 12, 1921 – September 12, 2022. Daughter of George and Stamatia Michalas passed away Monday peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her children. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Peter, son George Christopher, brother Nick Michalas and sister Cleopatra Pappas. She is survived by her children Theodora (Jim) Hart, Chris (Jill) Varvares and Mark (Chris) Varvares and her sister Frieda Perkins.
Mary was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Godmother, aunt and dear friend. She was the sweetest soul who left a lasting impression on everyone she touched. Roll up the rug and turn on the big band sound, POP, because here she comes-the Silver Fox, the Rock. Another angel heading home.
Out of respect for those who are at high risk, or who are in healthcare, we ask that you please wear a mask.
