Monday, May 23, 2022 at age 103.

Beloved wife of the late Willard J. Wheeler and Auddie Ames; dearest daughter Henry and Iva (nee Korando) Cochran; Our dearest sister, aunt, great-aunt, great-great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Hazel was a longtime resident at Friendship Village Sunset Hills and the family would like to thank the staff for their love and care given to her throughout the years.

Procession to depart Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Thursday, June 9 at 10:45 a.m. to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for 11:15 a.m. roadside service.

  1. So sorry to hear about Hazel’s passing. We were neighbors when she and Bill lived off of Dietrich Road. She was always a very positive and hard working lady. May. She Rest In Peace.
