He was decommissioned with an honorable discharge at the rank of Aviation Electrician’s Mate Petty Officer 2nd Class, having received the National Defense Service Medal.

Rich was and will always be in my heart. He was a great friend and co-worker. We enjoyed each others company both at and away from work. We were always there to talk and help one another through the rough time.
I know he is at peace with our lord and waiting for the time be with his loved once again.
Miss you buddy!
