  1. I’m still having a hard time dealing with this. It wasn’t suppose to happen like this, not yet anyway! Lisa was such a huge part of my childhood and all my memories. I remember on June 25 I wished her a happy 1/2 birthday without knowing it would be the last time ever. I just try to focus on the fact that God has His plans and it was time for her to join the family reunions in the sky!

  4. Lisa was such an amazing woman. I’m so blessed to have had her in my life though for a short time it felt as if I’d known her my entire life. We bonded through music of which she was such a big lover. She helped create an amazing online family and was such a big part of it. She’s so missed by us all. Not a day would go by that I wouldn’t chat to Lisa or see her on a live stream. She was full of interesting stories and had such a positive outlook on pretty much everything. She would share words of wisdom and always help anyone that needed it. I miss her everyday but I know she is always looking down on all the people she loved. Rest Easy LisaC 🤟🏻

  5. I worked closely with Lisa for 17 of my 18 years at Fox School District. She was a delight to work with: she advocated strongly for all the children she helped, she established positive relationships with the many school personnel she interacted with as students moved schools and grades, and she was a quick learner of all things related to visual impairments.
On top of all these positive attributes, she was funny, sometimes irreverent and almost always in a good mood.
I’m so glad she got to enjoy a few years of retirement; I’m sad she didn’t get to enjoy more.
She will be missed by many.

  7. A tribute to Lisa
The most beautiful blue eyes and golden blonde hair with a smile and sense of humor that lit up any room. Born on Christmas Day. Lisa was memorable right from the start.
We met when we were 15 years old in Jr. High School and we quickly became friends. Our love of music brought us together.
My very first Kiel Auditorium concert was with Lisa, her brother Jerry and his date.
I remember it well — 1975 triple header — Foghat / James Gang / Spirit. The tickets were $5.00 and Foghat was the headliner band.
It is pivotable moments like this that no matter how old we get we remember the best of times from our youth.
As we grew older life circumstances took us in different directions but we always remember the good friends that we made along the way that we will never ever forget…this was Lisa, truly unforgettable.
God bless Lisa and all her family and friends.
We were all so fortunate to have such a wonderful person touch all our lives forever.

  8. Lisa was an amazing person, who I had the pleasure of calling my friend. We met through an online community and bonded over our love of music and our passion for teaching. She was kind, funny and supportive. We spent many nights talking and planning fun chaos within the online community that we enjoyed so much. She is in my thoughts everyday. My life is better for having had the opportunity to know her. I will miss her always. Rest easy my beautiful friend.
