passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025.

Loving husband of the late Otto J. Cook of 67 years; beloved mom of Janell (Larry) Declue; dearest grandma of Tyler (Brooke) Declue and Melissa (Charlie Houska) Declue; dear great-grandma of Halle Jane Houska and Otto Tyler Declue; sister of the late Leslie (survived by Audrey) Hampton, Louis Hampton, Hetty (Joseph) Tancsa and Ervin Hampton; sister-in-law of Robert (the late Willadean) Cook, Shirley (Fred) Portwood, the late Donald (LuEllen) Cook, Elmar (June) Cook, Delmar Cook and John (Beverly) Cook; our dear aunt, cousin and friend of many.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Black River Baptist Church and/or Davis Upper Bee Fork Cemetery.

Service Thursday, July 24, 10:00 a.m. at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd.  Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  Visitation Wednesday 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
