  3. On behalf of the family of the late Anthony and Eileen Forkan-Slay and their children, all from the ole neighborhood of St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church and where most of us attended Grade School at the same time as Father Mark did, (Joey and he were classmates), we extend our most heartfelt sympathy to Father Mark’s family, friends and parishioners of Immaculate Conception Church located in Park Hill, MO. where he was their Pastor. Also know that we share in your sorrow and grieve for your loss. And although gone from this life, Father Mark will forever be remembered whenever our family gathers and talk turns to the days of auld lang syne.

Lastly, we are especially grateful to Father Mark for being able to participate in our mother’s funeral mass – a little boy from the neighborhood who she use to help is now all grown up and helping her into heaven

  7. Father Ebert was very intelligent and a great storyteller. I am sad to hear of his passing. My family always enjoyed chatting with him at Immaculate Conception. We will miss his presence in our church.
