In Loving Memory

Gallina, Nancy

March 7, 1942 - July 21, 2023

We grieve the passing of Nancy Gallina on July 20, 2023.  Nancy was born on March 7, 1942, in Palermo, Sicily.  Her parents, Michael and Domenica (Mimi) Gallina, two older sisters, Nina and Dora, and a younger sister, Francis, migrated from Palermo to Brussels, Belgium, and then later to St. Louis, MO.  Nancy arrived at the age of sixteen and entered the work force where she became a dedicated and hard-working employee.

Nancy left behind two beloved children, Joe and Mary, five grandchildren (Steve, Brandan, Nathan, Ryan and Eric) and six great-grandchildren (Dylan, Aidan, Seth, Liam, Olivia and Wade).  Nancy lived a full life and was devoted to taking care of her family.  She will be sorely missed.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to her surviving beloved family. God has truly taken her to heaven to be at peace and we have gained an angel.

The celebration of life ceremony will be held at St. John Paul ll Catholic Church on July 29, 2023, at 10:30am.  Nancy’s wish was for donations to be made in her honor to ASPCA.

Rest in peace, Nancy Gallina.
