Irvin A. Haislar Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church Sunday, November 12, 2023.  Beloved husband of Rita M. Haislar (nee: Poetz) for 68 years; dear brother of Warren J. Haislar and the late Richard S. Haislar; dearest dad of Barbara (William) Cocos, David (Linda) Haislar, Irvin (Vicki) Haislar, Donald Haislar, Jeanne (Thomas) Dolan, Rita (Al) Fritz and Michael Haislar; dearsest grandpa of 11 and great grandpa of 16, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

He retired from the Mid-America Regional Carpenters Council and honorary life member of 4th degree Assembly 565 and 3rd degree counsel.

Services: Memorial Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 4556 Telegraph Road St. Louis, MO 63129 Tuesday, December 12, 10am.  Concludes at church.

  1. I remember Mr Haislar always with a big smile. His carpentry skills are legendary. The funeral mass was beautiful, especially Dave’s eulogy That poem was amazing! I’ll remember you all in my prayers during this transition time. I was sorry I couldn’t stay afterwards. God bless.
