Hermen, Mary Anne (nee LaPlante), fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church on September 2, 2023.

Beloved wife of the late John T. “Jack” Hermen; loving mother of Dennis (Nancy) Hermen, Donna (Jerry) Hollingsworth and Steven (Vivian Wallace) Hermen; cherished grandmother of Barbara (Steven) Buesse, Dennis Jr. (Jennifer) Hermen, John, Michael (Meghan) and Joseph (Correna Ebenrick) Hollingsworth, Austin (Madison) and Evan Hermen; our dear great-grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt and friend.

Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Tuesday, September 12, 4:00 to 7:00 pm. then take to Sacred Heart Catholic Church – Valley Park on Wednesday, September 13 for visitation from 10:00 am until time of funeral mass at 11:00 am.  Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, appreciated.

  1. Mary Anne was a blessing in all our lives here at Meramec Bluffs. She was a great neighbor and a good friend to many. Her quiet way made here easy to be around.
    We miss her, but we have the hope due to our faith that she is at peace with the Lord in a beautiful place.
