  1. John was a great guy! His conservative politics were refreshing especially on my calls from Toledo. Stayed at his home when I was in St. Louis. Had 2 channels on his TV. Fox News and St Louis Cardinals baseball. Unless there was a Missouri game on. I will sorely miss the late night Manhattan’s and great conversations. He was a very intelligent man. Wonderful sense of humor and we always laughed a lot. I will miss him tremendously. Irreplaceable! Was not an early riser as I always ate breakfast without him. One of the nicest people I knew as he put up with me staying at his house. I could go on and on about what a great guy he was!

  3. John I considered a best friend.
We have known each other since grade school.
John was so smart, so funny and had a contagious laugh.
He always had some good one liners no matter what the conversation was about.

One of the last voicemails I had from him was “don’t bother me, I’m watching Gutfeld..

He was very updated on world events.
John always was the social one, not only with our group , but with his camping friends and former work friends.
He was always the last one to leave.

I will miss you terribly my dear friend. It helps knowing you are in your glory..
