Sandi Ludwig, 62, took her sacred journey to heaven on Friday August 21, 2020 at her home surrounded with loved ones, in St. Louis, Missouri.          Sandi was born on November 25, 1957, in Centralia, Illinois. The daughter of Dexter Ruppe and Betty Greek Miller. She married Robert Ludwig, March 20, 1976 in St. Louis, Missouri. He survives in St. Louis. Also surviving is a son Chris Ludwig of St. Louis, two daughters, Nicole (Kenny) Herwig and Brittany (Steve) Behnen, both of St. Louis. Loving Nana to three grandchildren, Makayla, Kaylee and Jacksyn. Mother, Betty Greek Miller and step mother Nancy Ruppe, brothers, Randy (Gloria) Ruppe of Marseilles, Illinois, Ron (Becky) Ruppe of Saunemin, Illinois, John (Olympia) Ruppe of Fort Myers, Florida, sisters Pam (Mike) Crouch of Emington, Illinois, Sheila Cool of Pontiac, Illinois, Terri (Tom) Shelton of Gardener, Illinois and Carol (Jeff) Sneed of Herod, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her father. Her passions were her children, taking adventure trips with her grandchildren, watching the wild life in her yard, family gatherings and her mother/sister trips. Sandi showed us how strong of a person she was. She fought breast cancer for 7 years.    She loved to make people laugh. She was our loving daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Services: Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, Tuesday August 25, 8:45 a.m. to Queen of All Saints Catholic Church for 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Visitation Monday 4-8 p.m.
