Neff, Katharine J. 65 of High Ridge, MO, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021 following her long battle with COPD. She was preceded in death by her father, Omer “Frank” LeRoy. She leaves her husband of 34 years, Steve of High Ridge, MO; daughters Stacey Fort of Hunstville, AR, Laura Neff of Hurley, MO & Tonya Teske (Brandt) of Imperial, MO; son Ryan Neff of High Ridge, MO; grandchildren Briana Fort of Fayetteville, AR & McKenzie Fort of Huntsville, AR; great-grandchildren Brynlee, Blaire & Agatha; mother Norma LeRoy of Sonora, AR; brothers Butch LeRoy (Alexa, Aidan, Remy) of Lawson, MO and Mark LeRoy of Sonora, AR.

She spent most of her professional career working as an office manager. After her professional career, she enjoyed spending time at home with her two westies, Ty & Piper. She loved following the USA Women’s National Soccer Team, crafting, doing Bible studies with the ladies at church, camping with family the week of Thanksgiving at the family homestead for over 20 years.

Services; Visitation will be held at; Canaan Baptist Church (5409 Baumgartner Rd St. Louis, MO 63129) on Friday Nov 5th 4 to 8pm, and Saturday Nov 6th 10am until 11am. Please make donations to; https://www.copdfoundation.org/Take-Action/Donate/Donate-Now.aspx
