Schroeder, Harold (Hans)

Schroeder, Harold (Hans) John, 87, on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.  Beloved husband of Carol (Wisa) Schroeder for 62 years and loving father of Donna (Robert) Hronyetz, the late Robert Schroeder, and Theresa (Jim) Manning; dear grandfather of Nathan Hronyetz, dear brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Harold was a proud member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 562 where he also taught heating and cooling to the apprentices.  He was a retired Navy veteran of the Korean War and served on two aircraft carriers (The Essex and USS Valley Forge).  He loved fishing; shooting pool, Cardinal baseball games and anything that allowed him time to spend with his family and friends.  He will be dearly missed.
