Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church Friday, March 12, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Walter N. Wuertz; loving sister of Joseph (the late Patricia) Deaton and the late Charles (Alberta) Deaton; dear aunt of Charles “Randy” (Janice) Deaton Jr., Gerallyn (John) Campbell, Michael Deaton, Kevin Deaton, Stephen (Michelle) Deaton, Lynette (Brad) Lehmann, Scott (Deanna) Deaton and the late Christopher Deaton. Our dearest great-aunt, great-great-aunt, cousin and friend to many. Funeral Mass at St. Simon Catholic Church (11011 Mueller Rd. 63123) on Wednesday, March 17 at 10:00 am. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Catholic Charities appreciated.

  1. She will be remembered as a nice & funny lady. She was a good neighbor, friend, & like a grandmother to me. I will miss the fun we had at Lone Elk Park & other trips.
