Nadolny, Alfred W.

January 8, 1930 - May 1, 2025

Alfred W. Nadolny age 95, passed peacefully at de Greeff Hospice House Friday, May 1, 2025.  Beloved husband of the late Dorothy L.  Nadolny; dearest father of Scott (Julie) Nadolny; loving grandfather of Abby Nadolny; dear brother of Robert (the late Ines) Nadolny and the late Alice (Arthur) Wyco, Adrienne (Jack) Conroy; brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many including his granddogs Maggie and Alex.

Al was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Chicago and St. Louis, Queen of All Saints Council 10136 including being named Knight of the year in 2021.  Member of Professional Photographers of America, past president, Retail Merchants Association and director Ozark Fly Fishers.  Army veternan combat photographer who served in the Korean War.  Owner operator of professional studio and photographic lab specializing in custom color processing.  He retired from Maritz Communications Company as Senior Lab Technician and Animation Specialist.

In his retirement years,  “Mr. Al” lovingly served the Queen of All Saints community as a Teacher’s Assistant and Landscape Project Leader. He most enjoyed inspiring the school children to grow academically and spiritually. He will always be remembered for his fist bumps and proclaiming “Praise be Jesus Christ”!

Services:  Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road Tuesday, May 6, 2025, 6 to 8pm.  Funeral Mass Wednesday, May 7, 11am at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church 6603 Christopher Road St. Louis, MO 63129.  Concludes at church.  We will go in procession from Kutis South County Chapel Thursday, May 8, 8:30am to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for roadside service.  In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to Queen of All Saints in memory of Mr. Al.
