Nelson-Smith, Toby F (nee Rotter) Entered into her heavenly home on Saturday, December 13, 2025; beloved wife of the late Dennis Smith, dearest mother of Michael (Sherry) and Ron (Sherrie) Nelson; Cherished grandmother of Chris, Susie, Sean, Matt, Adam, and the late Lorrie and great-grandmother to many: Sister of Jeff Rotter and Arlene (late Arvin) Kreitman; our dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Services: Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road on Friday, December 19, at 10 AM. Burial Shepard Hills Cemetery.
Visitation Thursday 6:30 P.M. until 8 PM.
So sorry. Toby made delicious corn beef. She was my husband Joe Lott first cousin and they were close.she and I loved to go shopping. We also went on gambling trips with Dennis Toby and Joe and Me.my dog Max loved going to their house in arnold. SToby will be missed. Terri Lott
