With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Dawn Denise Cunningham, who entered eternal rest on March 28, 2026. Born on September 15, 1961, Dawn was a pillar of strength for her family—an empathetic soul and a mother whose dependability and love knew no bounds.
While she wore many hats, her favorite title was “Grammy.” Dawn’s life was focused on the time she shared with her granddaughter, Skylar. Whether playing, talking, or simply being together, those moments were the highlights of her last years of life.
She has been reunited with her parents, Charles and Gloria Cunningham. Dawn’s spirit continues to shine through her son, Bob and his wife Heather; and her cherished granddaughter, Skylar. She is also survived by her brother Kevin and his son Nick; and her brother Brian and his wife Denise, along with their sons: Colin (Aimee), Dylan (Lindsay), and Trevor (Candace).
Service Details
Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Dawn’s life on Wednesday, April 8. A visitation will take place from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with a memorial service immediately following at 7:30 PM.
