(nee Moehle) entered eternal rest on Friday, November 24, 2017. Loving wife of Lloyd V. Watkins; daughter of late parents William B. and Sadie Barnett Moehle and sister of late brothers, Amos and Frank Holland. Betty was president of the Webster Groves Herb Society and the Webster Groves Association of Garden Clubs.
