Sunday, December 16, 2018. Beloved husband of Mary Lou Knox (nee Gatheman) for over 42 years; dear  father of Ryan (Christy) Knox and Katie (Brandon) Gill; loving grandfather of Jacob,  Kyrie, Wyatt and Vera; dearest brother of Tom Knox; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.

Services: A gathering will be held on Thursday, December 27, 6-10 p.m. at Twin Oaks City Hall (1381 Big Bend Rd., 63021).  Contributions to Pet Rescue Network, http://petrescuenetworkstl.com/Memorial_Donations.html are greatly appreciated by the  family. Charter and founding member of The Meramec River Recreation Association and a strong supporter of The Great  River Greenway. He was passionate about open spaces and worked for the St. Louis County Parks Department and the State of Missouri Park Board. He was an avid fisherman and cherished all his  grandchildren and  numerous relatives and friends,  especially at all family gatherings. KUTIS AFFTON SERVICE.
