Tom was indeed a renaissance man who served this country with great courage. With the passage of time, we appreciate all the more those who served in Vietnam. In recent years, Tom was a regular at the Notre Dame senior alumni luncheons. He will be missed by many. May he rest in peace.
We have been fortunate to have Tom and Nancy as our next door neighbors for the last six plus years. Tom was a truly gracious gentleman who we were proud to call a friend. Our thoughts are with you Nancy, Beau and family.

I graduated at St Louis Law School with Tom. Thought the world of him. My condolences to his wife and family.
I had only gotten to know Tom recently, yet in a short time it became obvious he was a great man possessing a wealth of knowledge and rich experiences. Tom was always willing to take out time to visit his friends. He was thoughtful and patient. His passing is truly a loss to his family and friends. He made the world a better place!
