    • Oh Mary. I was so sorry to hear of George’s passing. What a good man and friend he was. And best man (at my wedding) and Godfather to my son. I hadn’t talked to George for a couple of years. I didn’t know he was sick and suffering so for that I am happy he is at peace and no longer in pain. Hugs and prayers to you all this weekend as you celebrate his life. Thank you for the memories George……….

  6. What a great guy…33 years ago, we hired Big George to make our basement into an apartment. He did an AWESOME JOB. The funniest thing I remember was the day we had an ice storm, George was unable to drive down our driveway due to the ice, so we told him to come in through the front door. He grabbed his two big tool boxes, walked in FRONT of his car instead of the back. Started sliding down the driveway over 80’ right into our woods!!! We had to get ropes & pull him up the hill into our garage!!! What a character, we’ll miss you Big George, Rest in Peace! Tom & Suzie Young

  7. George did not miss a beat. He was always helpful and enjoyed meeting people and making new acquaintances. He is missed by many but when it’s time to go home, it’s time. Best of wishes and tell everyone hello. I’ll bring the right, left, center game!

  8. I am truly grateful to have had an uncle like George in my life. He was giving, sincere, and to say the least one of the funniest people I’ve gotten to know. He lit up every room with his smile and witty personality. To me, Antonio, and Gianni he was more than just an uncle he was like a second father with the way he would protect us and care for us like we were one of his own. He took such pride in our achievements along with Brendan and Collin’s and loved to celebrate us any chance he could. I will miss him everyday especially when I need a good laugh, but i’m happy he’s at peace in the presence of our Lord. We love you Uncle George❤️
