Fran was a wonderful Executive Director of the National Garden Clubs. I enjoyed working with her on National Fall Board Meetings in St. Louis. She was also President of St. Louis County Garden Club. Her leadership was prized by all who knew her. With sympathy and love to her family, Sue Reed
