  2. It is hard to imagine a day without Marla. Friends for about 30 years until she became too ill there was never a day we weren’t in touch in some way. We shared interests in architecture, food, theater, reading, knitting and movies. For many years we had a party on Oscar night after we had tried to see all the nominated movies. When we worked together we chatted, changed radio stations and pulled jokes on our boss. Even in the past year, on good days, we managed to eat lunch out, shop for plants and walk in Tower Grove Park. Marla, our times together were too short. I will always love you!

  3. Marla was a wonderful friend. We had so much fun seeing plays and music together. I am so thankful for the time we had together. She often spoke of her daughters and how very much she loved them. I am so sorry she is no longer with us.

  4. Marla was an amazing and talented interior designer. She had a eye for detail and a witty sense of humor. She was fun and always, always, always had a smile on her face. She had a positive attitude and an adorable personality. She will be greatly missed in the architectural community. What an asset friend to all! Sending ((hugs)) to the entire family along with thoughts and prayers. May you find peace knowing Marla will always be with you as your guardian angel. All my love.
