Neubauer, Stephan A., Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Beloved husband of Josephine B. Neubauer (Marxer) (nee Rauzi). Dear father of Jeremy (Eleanor) Neubauer and the late Scott Marxer. Dear grandfather to be of Arthur Neubauer. Dear son of the late Arthur Alvin and Aurelia Neubauer. Special lifelong friend of Jim Steinhoff. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. A life well lived and loved!

Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Monday, January 19 at 11:00 am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Steve Owned and Operated Century 21 Neubauer Real Estate Co. for over 30 years. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Siteman Cancer Center or AccentCare Hospice appreciated. Visitation Sunday 4-8 pm.

  7. Our deepest sympathies to Jo and all of Steve’s family and friends. He was a lovely man with an infectious smile and a warm heart.
    Almost 13 years ago he listened to that warm heart (and to his lovely wife) and took a chance on me and my family at a time when we desperately needed someone to take a chance on us. That kindness has had so many positive impacts on our lives throughout these years.
    Thank you, Steve. You will be missed but never forgotten.
