Beloved son of the late Ervin and Audrey (nee Cornelius) Otto; former husband and dear friend of Connie Otto; fabulous father of Christen and the late Paul Otto; dear grandpa of Jaylen  Ashman-Otto; dear brother of Keith (Sandy) Otto; dear uncle of Trayton (Shannon) and Ariel Otto; dear cousin and friend to many.

Arlo served 40 years in ministry as a teacher, Director of Christian Education and Parish Administrator.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Sunday, January 22, 3 – 8 pm, then taken to Ascension Lutheran Church (5347 Donovan Ave, 63109) for visitation on Monday, January 23, 9 am until time of service at 10 am. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. Contributions to Ascension Lutheran Church or SSM Health Hospice and Home Health Foundation  (www.ssmhealthathome.com/foundation)
