Age 82, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026. Dear mother of William T. Rhoads, Jr. and James M. Rhoads. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of almost 63 years, William T. Rhoads, Sr. in 2022. Mrs. Rhoads was the 3rd of five children of Roosevelt and Judy B. Curd (nee: Rainey).
Funeral at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Monday, January 19 at 12 Noon. Interment St. Paul Churchyard. Visitation Sunday 4 – 6:00 PM

I never met Diann in person, but I heard her voice often on the phone with my mom after they reconnected. Even just listening from the other side, I knew she was a kind and deeply caring person. She mattered.
My cousin and friend Diann will not be forgotten. If someone needed a call or a card she was there. When her brother was in the nursing home she was there. When someone needed their cats fed she was there. She was a rock for so many. I will miss her laugh, her smile, and our talks. Mother, sister, cousin, and friend loved by many. She will not be forgotten.
I will miss my sweet Aunt.
