Fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church Sunday, February 7, 2021.

Beloved husband of 50 years to Joan Rodis (nee Schutte); loving father of John (Katie Hurley) Rodis, Kara (Steven Mosqueda) Rodis, Brian (Jill) Rodis, and Eric (Amy) Rodis; dearest grandfather of Brendan, Luke, Aidan, Kenna, Theodore, Jalin, Benjamin, Joshua, Aubrey, and Kaylee; dear brother of Anne Gioia; dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Ted served as a  deacon with Seven Holy Founders and Cure of Ars. He was also a member and former Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus.

SERVICES: Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd., Thursday, February 11, 9:30 AM to Seven Holy Founders Catholic Church for 10:00 AM mass. The mass will be live streamed on Seven Holy Founder’s website. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Missouri Right to Life. Visitation Wednesday, 4-8 PM.

    I worked with Ted when he was a treasurer and alderman in the City of Lakshire and remember him fondly.

  9. Aunt Joan and family, Uncle Ted will be missed. Your home was always welcoming when I would just drop by. Uncle Ted never seemed to mind me doing that. Always nice to visit with him. I pray we can be together soon and I can go back to dropping by for a quick visit.

He witnessed daily his love of the Lord in so many ways. May he reap the rewards of His heavenly home now. And may you all find peace.
