  4. Blake was one of the kindest and sweetest people I’ve ever had to pleasure to know. We were roommates at Mizzou for almost 4 years, and he was a damn good friend that entire time. The true test of knowing someone, is living with them. Blake was self-less, uplifting, & the type of friend to give you the shirt off his back. We had a great time enjoying college together and an even better time being lifting partners at Mizzou, a true BRO-mance. I’ll miss Blake dearly, his smile, his laugh, his voice, & his infectious beautiful soul. It pains me to know he’s gone, but he left us all with so many great memories that I’m forever grateful for the times we had. I love you brother, and I know you’re resting easy now. Well wishes & my condolences to the entire Thomas family.

  19. Blake showed me more than just what real love looks like. He had a huge heart that he wore on his sleeve, he was a hard worker, and he always thought of others before himself. He needed and deserved more time than he was granted. There are too many words I wish I still had the chance to say. However, it is comforting to know that he’s now free from any pain and darkness that he silently carried with him. You are free now Blake, I’ll still love you forever.
