It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Christina Marie Maxwell, a beloved mother, sister, and cherished friend, who left us far too soon on October 24, 2026, due to a tragic car accident. Born on July 18, 1986, in St. Louis, Missouri, Tina was a beacon of light and warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Tina was the loving daughter of Angie and Steven, who have predeceased her. She is survived by her two wonderful sons, David Workes Jr. and Lukas Workes, who were the center of her world. Tina also leaves behind her dear sister, Rachele, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond.
Throughout her life, Tina embraced a diverse career path that showcased her adaptability and dedication. She began as the head housekeeper at Lutheran Senior Services, where her meticulous care and attention to detail were evident. Later, she brought her talents to Farmer’s Insurance, serving as an Agency Producer and demonstrating her remarkable ability to connect with people.
Tina’s presence was a gift; her radiant smile could light up any room, and her loving heart and caring soul touched everyone she met. She was a selfless volunteer, always ready to lend a hand and do whatever needed to be done, embodying the essence of community spirit.
Her interests were boundless, and her love extended to everyone and everything. It was this all-encompassing love that endeared her to so many and made her loss all the more profound.
A service to honor Tina’s life will be held at Kutis November 5th 2026, where family and friends will gather to celebrate the remarkable impact she had on the world.
