Joseph was a U. S. Navy veteran, a St. Louis City police officer and was a retired Public Safety Officer for the Des Peres police.
Memorial Mass at St. Paul Church (Fenton) Friday, November 13 at 10:00 am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Backstoppers appreciated. Kutis South County service.
