Paul Douglas Carey Jr. (“PJ”), born November 19, 1993, passed away on July 30, 2026. He was a beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle, and friend whose presence brought warmth and love to those around him.
He is survived by his parents Victoria Carey (Cox) and Paul D. Carey Sr. (Angela).
Paul was deeply kind and consistently willing to help others, often putting their needs before his own. His compassion showed in the way he lived his life—quietly, selflessly, and with a genuine desire to care for those around him.
Paul loved deeply, and those who knew him felt it in the way he showed up for them. He had a loyal and protective heart, especially when it came to his family. He also had a playful side and was known for teasing and picking on the people he loved—but always in a way that showed affection and closeness. His absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved him.
Paul’s faith in Jesus Christ was an important part of his life and brought him comfort and strength.

Services: Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois, Thursday August 6th, 10:00 AM until service at 12 Noon. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery.
