Fein II Robert

In Loving Memory

Fein II, Robert Conrad

September 1, 1944 - April 6, 2025

Robert Conrad Fein II, of Bridgeton, Missouri passed away on April 6, 2025, peacefully, at 80 years of age.

Robert was born September 1, 1944 in St. Louis, MO, the second child of Evelyn Edith Swanson (deceased) and Robert Conrad Fein (deceased). His younger days were spent in Webster Groves, MO, then the family moved to Long Beach, CA, then onward to San Diego, CA. Later the family returned to the St. Louis area, where he graduated from Parkway High School, Class of 1962. Rob started his College Education at Westminster College in Fulton, MO. He subsequently transferred to the University of Missouri, Columbia and pledged to Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. He was drafted into the US Army and while he was at Officiers Candidate School, Fort Polk Louisiana, he met and married Susan Monville, 1st Lieutenant in June 1967.

In August of 1968, when his time of service was over, he and Susan returned to Columbia, MO, resuming his education at Mizzou, majoring in Business and Accounting, that worked out so well it allowed him to work up until just a few days before he passed.  His resume was long and highly detailed. He recently had tried retirement but he missed his work and was well respected and sought after to return to it. He had just started with ASRC Federal where he worked remotely from home.

In Military terms he described himself as: R. Fein, (Sidewinder 4 1), 1st Lieutenant, Forward Air and Artillery Controller, 101st Airborne Division, RVN, 1967-1968.  This Decorated and Dedicated Soldier has earned his peaceful rest.
